"The most important thing in business is profitability and I know that a marketing culture leads to increased profitability. Marketing isn't just about PR or advertising it affects every aspect of your business. From the receptionist directing calls, to the labels on your packaging. You must consistently communicate a clear defined message to all stakeholders focused on your 'unique selling point'. This differentiates your product or service offering from the competition providing you with an advantage which allows you to charge more money and be more profitable, simple!" |
The Spare Time StuffThe word 'active' sums Chris up. Twenty years of hockey, windsurfing, mountain biking, walking, swimming, diving, running (the list goes on) have developed a driven competitive nature. "I know exercise is important for your physical health, but I also strongly believe it clears the mind and allows for better and more focused decision making," says Chris.
